Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

Oh. My. Goodness. I invented these one day after getting 4 packages of Reese's peanut butter cups FREE on a coupon deal.

Hmmm, eat them all myself? Or make cookies with them?! Yes!

Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened (but not melted, that makes cookies flat)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Peanut butter cups, cut in half ( I used 8... can't remember if I ate a few halves though...)
Plain m&m's, a couple packages

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white and brown sugars until well blended. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough around peanut butter cup halves to completely cover. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
hmm.... nice shirt, Ty

Press m&m's into cookie tops.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
But wait until you bite into them.... mmmmmm......
